What's that in /\/\ Hex? I'm too lazy to convert it.

This isn't a "new" talkgroup, its been around for while now. I believe it is possibly city of Waukesha metro DEU. I know the county's metro drug unit is in the 19xxx's talkgroups.
I am pretty sure that 16816 is County Radio Services since 16 disappeared about the same time 16816 came into being.
The following are DES talkgroups (Mostly full-time use)
16816
19536
19568
32496

I am a reserve officer for city and I believe the city drug unit uses that TG because some of the detectives have special radios on there desks.
