Receiving TG 65368 with Encryption on CLMRN. Does anyone know what this is. There are no TGs with numbers this high so I’m assuming it’s some test or tech talkgroup?

I think those are usually dynamic patches that come and go and have little or no consistency.

Did you read the system notes in bold?
