461.925/C151.4 - nothing in database but is in the FCC database as SHAWNEE SYSTEMS (has a bunch listed in the FCC database for what looks like a trunked system for companies to lease/use) and HENRY, LESTER A, both in Martinsburg.
454.275 - nothing in database but is in the FCC database as SCHNEIDER NATIONAL in Martinsburg. I haven't heard any traffic other then a repeater ID in CW. since I have not done CW in over 15 years, not sure what it is.
