Unlisted frequency being used in Brazos and Waller Co, TX

New member looking for information on unlisted freq.
Recent activity on 773.09375 - DPS Bryan dispatch and Waller Co S.O. have both been heard here in Bryan. I have not been able to find any information in the database or FCC records, but the radio showed:
DPS TGID 2687, NAC 1A1h, and site = Millican #023.
Waller Co SO TGID 1447, NAC 1A1h
I have the DPS call recorded on my SDS100, and the trooper reporting to the local dispatch that he was enroute to an accident at mile marker 152 on IH 45 (OSR and I-45).
I am just curious if anyone has more information on this otherwise unlisted frequency.

Not sure why they would use different Freqs.

I don’t have the list in front of me but the state has several frequencies that are area specific that won’t show up in the FCC database as they are state coordinated. This could be one of them.

State Licenses cover the whole band and can be on any frequency but some frequencies are reseved for State Licenes only.

Thanks for both replies. I have been able to account for all the other frequencies while scanning TxWARN, and have noticed others that have been puzzled by this same frequency in past posts, so any and all info is appreciated.

This frequency is licensed by the State and assigned to Brazos County (among others) under WPTZ776. The document is too large to attach but can be found online (I don't have the link handy). This snippet from the list is attached to an LCRA document.
