unscramble ?

hi, simple question..can you unscramble dmr ? i susspect i have a scrambled signal.. its strong, just gibberish,, i tried inverting to no avail.. any suggestions ? cheers
ps DSD says its CC=14 whatever that means ?

OK this is WEIRD ! when it decodes it shuts down DSDPlus ????
i managed to keep dsd open by clicking and holding its bar..looks like it wasnt CC=14 but CC=9 TLC ?
not sure i MIGHT have had 2 dsds open .. maybe thats why ot kepy closing ?

I notice that when I hear data it shows different CC numbers. When I hear a voice I see 1 number show up when data comes back it shows alot of different CC numbers. Not sure what TLC stands for.

Looks like it's only data on that channel (BS DATA). If there was voice in there you should be seeing voice frames too (BS VC1, BS VC2 etc)
