unsecured home page

i had to relog in and noticed that www.radioreference.com is not secure and we have to log into an unsafe area Is This Gonna be Fixed or is the home page getting incorperated into the new platform

i just wanted to let the community know this on their sensitive login info can possibly open the doors for unwanted,s to our info

Opera still thinks it's not secure on my machine but this is nothing new. I was ignoring that with the old version for a very long time. I don't think it's a forums problem, I believe it's a browser problem, erring too far on the side of caution.

Yep as of Now I had to Relog in even tho i didnt log out and https://www.radioreference.com is back to Unsecure Status

This is on your end - the secure site components are working just fine.

Got a warning earlier today about insecure site and wanted me to skip the page when I tried opening a forum thread. Could have been an attachment in one of the posts?

Hey Lindsy--I went thru everything i can think of and the Problem still arises (unsecure)--im using google on windows vista Laptop---I tried firefox and well it takes forever for it to load up for r/r--Just thought id let you know---as for this new site no problems here---(https)

Add "HTTPS Everywhere" as an extension for Firefox. It can help force a "secure" connection if certain sites don't use https by default.

In the past, I did notice the connection for the wiki log-in wasn't secure and thus vulnerable to packet sniffing.
I just checked now and both the forum and wiki log-in are secure.

Even my email notifications are coming in with the address of unsecured home page.
