Ununknown agency on 452.025000 Richland County

I have this frequency set up in my Scanner and get alot of traffic. I think it is a local garbage service but can find no reference to it anywhere. Anyone have a clue?

452.025000 with no tone/PL code

This freqy 452.0250 is on the FCC web site from a freqy management company ...The call letters are WPSE990 and is used in Dundas,IL, if thats in ur area....It maybe a single freqy LTR type system....U would see a TG like 0-01-003 if it was set in the scanner as a LTR system for business use but rented to a user....

I have it in a LTR and get a talk group of 1-01-005. And yes I am 7 miles from Dundas.

Where do I go to check this on the FCC site.

Licensed to Communications Systems Management on FCC License WPSE990, but I've been told that this system has been taken over by Vincennes Electronics (VEI Communications).

Here's the database entry for this system:

There is only one frequency licensed, 452.0250 Mhz.
