Up loading on ARC396

Not knowing any better, is this normal on my 396 ? I have multiple systems in conv & trunk (34 total) , and as I tweak this one or that one with new labels or ctcss etc and am scanning say one system only , after I upload the change, after I push scan it now unlocks all of the systems (34) I have in that were just locked out so now I have to lock them out all over again , Is this normal is there a way around ths from occuring each and every time ?
I have gleened some great ideas seeing others the way they have programmed in tg's etc
looking for help ??

In the upload window unselect the option 'Send System Quickkey Status'.

Ok Gommert , what Am I missing , when I click 396t - send data , my upload screen shows systems stores on top, then systems available for upload, then a small box on the far right that shows
Send data
Send all systems
Send selected systems
Clear all systems first
Overwrite systems with same name
I have tired to look for "Send system quickey status" but find nothing ?
