UP Railroad frequencies for Monroe lousiana

Hey Guys,
What is the correct frequencies for the UP trains in Monroe and to the south of Monroe?
I have 160.410 which is supposed to be the Monroe division but I hardly hear a whole lot of traffic and I never hear them doing any switching.
What I do hear is traffic that is north of me, it seems like Monroe is the in between of two different divisions maybe?
160.410 is the McGeeHee subdivision and its the same all the way down to Alexandria.
I cant hardly find a lot of information on this, so I'm reaching out to you guys for help.

2021 UP Timetable shows that the frequency changes from 160.410 at Swartz, 10 miles north of Monroe, to 160.965. It also shows heading south out of Monroe, the frequency is 160.980 all the way to Texmo Jct, 100 miles south of Monroe. You might want to put both those in and see what you hear.

I can confirm that 160.965 is in use all the way to texmo junction.
