Update Colors are not Showing:

The several times in the past and currently updates for Williamson and Hays Counties in Texas are showing a update is available in yellow color, but when you open the pages the colors of green or yellow are not showing any changes made, what wrong?

Thanks

Joseph

The bottom entry "Williamson County Motorola Type II Smartnet Williamson County" is highlighted in yellow.
System Name Type City

I have checked the other systems that indicate a change has been made and you plainly see the colors changes. However I still cannot see any changes on the systems that I am looking at that say changes have been made. Lastly I have used several computers and the color have not changed when using the also.

I also did not see the actual change that was made.
Laptop has an LCD screen here, looks different depending on angel.
I tried.

On a state page, if a county is highlighted in yellow, it means there is data available for that county. If it is green, then something was updated on the county page.

I have seen different things on this Texas Williamson County page.

If something was highlighted yellow, I would see items yellow or green, i.e. talks groups.

You said that if a county is highlighted in yellow, it means there is data available. But not all Counties are highlighted yellow and they have data available. Is there a specific data that has been updated and how do I identify it.

Thanks

Joseph

Okay, first, the Williamson County TRS was updated to correct a FCC License error. That is a text field and will not show as an update. Of course I explained that to you via a PM. Second, as Lindsay says, from the state page, if the county is yellow it means data is available. If an update happens in that county the color changes to green. There are no counties that have data on the county page that are not highlighted in yellow. See Hansford County Texas for an example.

And if you notice an update and can't easily recognize what that update is, just check the update log (linked at the top) for that page/system/agency and it will tell you what area was updated. Remember, text stuff (like misc info, etc, are not fields on the page, so they don't highlight.)

There is a legend on each page which shows what each color means if there are color highlights for changes. Each page is different, and not every field can be flagged for changes.

Like Lou said, read those change log entries, they'll tell you what was changed.

Also, if a county is not highlighted in yellow, then that means that the county doesn't have identified data

Every county of course has FCC data....
