Update firmware on Pro-106

Hi,
I recently purchased a RadioShack Pro 106. I need to know what process I need to go thru to update the firmware and also program the scanner. Also I don't have the programming manual for the scanner.

Firmware download 2.1 is found at Pro-106 and Pro-197 CPU/DSP Upgrades - The RadioReference Wiki

Update firmware you need the programming cable, software drivers for it installed.
Once thats done, connect your radio via cable to pc, run the firmware update program above and follow directions.
