This is the original file that came with the 96, it's just that I've updated and revised so much that there's almost nothing that's originally from the factory, the banks however are still the same. I have another file that has a few more MD Counties if you want me to post it.

I've posted it in the past, but I've updated it since then, and folks have asked me to post it again.

Here is my Central Maryland Emergency p96 file. Some stuff that usually isn't listened too, but I've found informative in emergency/disaster situations...

0- Howard Co Digital and MSP, plus some Emergency Freqs
1- Ft. Meade and the Interagency Law Enfor. freqs
2- BWI Airport including Air, Airlines and Public Safety
3- Anne Arundel Co
4- Roads/Traffic, including MTA and SHA

7- Baltimore Co

9- Montgomery and PG Co

Thanks for posting these folks. Does anyone know of a .p96 file section
anywhere here on the radioreference.com pages or elsewhere? Mo, myself
and a few others have some DC/Baltimore area files at the CHM page:

but it would be nice if there was one sort of central place for .p96 files from

There's one or two PRO96 egroups at Yahoo. I think they're set up like others and I'm pretty sure they also would have .p96 files.

Date the files

Just a thought here. It would be nice if the date of the file was included in the filename so we know who posted the most recent one.
Example: md_4_06_04.p96
That's how I do it in my PC to ease the confusion.

IR_= (the _ is a number)

SKYWARN... what is this? i live in AACo and never heard of it...

NIA,NIR,LE,NC,IR - Pulled these from the May 2004 issue of "Monitoring Times". The Fed Files column...Interagency Law Enforcement Freqs...
The NIA is the National InterAgency and the NIR is the National Incident Response. LE/NC/IR is how the channels were listed in the article...credit where due...

Also be advised that I made some small revisions to the V-folder5 file, someone let me know if you want me to post it again. All I did was add the TTY TG for AA Co. and changed the tag for the Housing Police to read "16A Housing".

Here's a revised V-folder7 for the Northeast region. Take note that I've only revised it to fit my traveling needs. I can't recall the bank contents off hand, but it's pretty self explanatory.
