PSR-800: update trouble

just acquired a used like new unit. several problems
how do you reset ,delete set total unit to factory
having trouble updating unit with psr-800 ez scan software will the whistler ws1095 software work ?
cant get windows 10 to detect scanner
used the whistler ws 1095 and the psr-800 updated and me scan list from the 1095 is on the psr-800 ?

I did this to a Pro-18 and a Pro-668, and saw substantial improvements. In addition to Eric's GW tool, you'll need to D/L the WS-1080/1088 E-Z Scan app from Whistler to finish the conversion, and to program your scanner, since it will think it's a 1080/1088 and the E-Z Scan app you have now won't work properly. You'll also need it to update the DSP to 3.0, which will allow your scanner to decode DMR.
