Updated ARTCC frequencies...

I would like to know where is a good place to look for recently updated New York Center ARTCC frequencies. I did check the database and got a list off there, but I see in different mil air threads there are some frequencies that I don't have for different new york sectors. Please let me know of an updated list.

We know there are a couple of new freqs that aren't on that list yet. I have 3-4 of them but haven't been able to place them to specific sectors yet. It's almost impossible to have a perfect up-to-date list because of the lag time from when they begin using a new freq and the time it gets published anywhere. The only ARTCC that I believe is totally up-to-date in this area and at this time is Washington Center (ZDC) because we've been able to firmly place all the new freqs they're using. The database at this site has all the recent changes included - the part below the FAA-ATA-100 list at the top.

Many people will refer you to the FAA-ATA-100 lists which are also the official source in the database at this site for each ARTCC. Although the FAA-ATA-100 list is official and is a good start, that's all it is - a good start. The list is very seriously out of date and sometimes takes a couple of years to get updated.

Here are the changes that I have been able to figure out as of late. 132.15 which covers Oceanic was replaced by 133.5 which is now 128.5(covering the LGA AND EWR western arrivals. 128.0 sometimes subs in for 133.175(which covers western arrivals for PHL).

The 128.0 freq belongs to ZNY-Lancaster Sector 26. It replaced 133.675 and was recently submitted to the database.

Another new freq I just got placed (and posted over on the Maryland MilAir thread and sent to the database) is for the ZBW Boston Center Sardi Sector 32. New freq 292.15 replaces 259.1. I've been sitting on that 292.15 freq for a few months now thinking it belonged to ZNY New York Center since I've heard handoffs from ZDC Washington Center to it. If you look at a map of Boston Center's area, there is a little piece of it that juts down to the separation between the part of ZNY that's over land and ZNY's Oceanic Sectors. It's very close to the northeast corner of the Washington Center area.

Edit: I've just confirmed another new freq for New York Center (ZNY). Frequency 285.65 is a backup freq to 239.05 for ZNY-Lancaster Sector 26. I've heard the freq several times as a handoff from ZDC-Hagerstown as MD-ANG A-10s fly north toward the Duke MOA. The freq has been submitted to the database.
