I had it done earlier but did not get around to putting it into a good format. Note that I do not hear some of the spot beams hear in Virginia but do see the data directing aircraft to use them.

I fixed a few minor typos that some seen in the new attachment.

Note that Ligado (formerly Lightwave) has FCC support for using 1526-1536, 1627.5-1637.5, and 1646.5-1656.5 MHz. this would potentially interfere in the US with the weak reception of the 1528 MHz frequencies (probably on spot beams directed to E ATL or Europe) in the list.

Hi to all,

Like asking about those many, many pulsed signals on inmarsat.
Anyone know what it is?
Or way to decode?

Do you have a copy of the current BB table data for 99W on 1545.0200MHz ?
Sorry I am months late in responding. It is in below (uninteresting parts deleted for size).

Note that the GES is HEX below (from JAERO); but "in reality", is is OCT and should be displayed as 3 digits so that the first indicates the region number (not the same as the satellite ID):
Region 0 is AORW, Region 1 is AORE, and Region 3 is AMER.
43(HEX) = 103(OCT) (Burum)
44(HEX) = 104(OCT) (Burum)
02(HEX) = 002(OCT) (Laurentides)
05(HEX) = 005(OCT) (Laurentides)
D0(HEX) = 320(OCT) (Pamaulu)
Multiple GES numbers in some region are used for legacy when more than one ground station was involved in the past.

99W/AORW and 97.5W/AMER actually are virtual satellites on the same physical satellite.
