*updated* Oklahoma City Police and EMSA Feed

I have gotten the kinks worked out of my 10 day audio archive. It should populate correctly now and eventually hold 10 days of audio.

The naming format is YYYYMMDD-HHMMSS.WMA Y=Year, M=Month, D=Day, H=Hour, M=Minute, S=Second. This is what time the recording started. The Server is updated every 4hrs starting at 12:00AM and takes approx 5 min to upload the file

As always you can listen to the feed live also. The current link is http://70.189.80.169:8000/listen.pls . This occasionaly changes and is updated off the main page www.okcscanner.com.

I don't know how much content you can stream but it might be neat to have a link for each patrol division and then one for med/fire related stuff.
