Updated again. Added Douglas and Washington Counties in Nebraska, Pottawattomie County, IA, and Nebraska State Patrol areas for radio identifications.

I'm sure this info is there somewhere...I've seen some RID lists for Douglas County that seem to be woefully out of date. If any of y'all that regularly monitor ORION/SRS have better/more accurate info, please add.
