System Admin,

Question,

The national data base map of the US will show "green" when information in a particular state, then county has been updated within 24 hours and "yellow" over 24 hours. The receptive data base will then have the updated info highlighted in the data base table(s).
I have noticed for instance as of today New Jersey shows a number of counties updated within the last 24 hours i.e., "green". However in the individual data base tables, the new information is not highlighted with green or yellow background.
Is this a glitch on the up date national map? Or perhaps the info has not been highlighted yet?

Please advise...

Thanks

This could be the result of "tagging". When a entry is tagged say as "Law Dispatch", that entry will not be highligted. You can click on the "Last Updated" date in the upper right hand corner to find the change log for that specific page. Each page can have it own update date/time.

It could also be the result of someone working on a 'staged' TRS. That is a TRS that is new, or more likely in-progress but not online yet. It is assigned to the county, but only Admins can see them. If info is added to one, the map and your My RR page will show an update, but it won't show on the county page. (Ask how I know this? Thunderbolt did it to Placer County CA the other day, confused the dickens out of me till I figured it out) :)
