Updates for Pro-96?

Looks like it's done. There's a new RS digital handheld on the way and The Pro-96 will most likely retire then.

It and the 2096 have been discontinued so it's very unlikely you'll see any updates in the future.

The Pro-96 and Pro-2096 will soon go discontinued. Mainly because they lack the capability to trunk 700Mhz.

No, because the same model (with more accessories) will be available elsewhere for less. And I think the Pro96 introduced at $499.

It'd be insane to think they'll price it much (if at all) higher than $500.
