Updating Homepatrol

The last 2 times I have updated homepatrol, I have had to reenter my zip code, etc.. After writing updates to home patrol, I have to go through the process like I did when it was new. It is page after page of proceed. Anyone have any ideas why this is happening? It just started 2 updates ago. Thanks all.

Happened to me too...

Once you enter the information, in Sentinel do a "Read from HomePatrol." This will load the info into Sentinel so it won't be lost when you next do a "Write to HomePatrol."
