Updating HP2 from database question

I am guessing when I complete an update like today to my HP-2 the RR database will add any updated frequencies/TG's posted by members on the various state DB's

Is this correct?

Correct, but it will not make any updates or changes to your favorites list. It will only update the master DB.
You'll have to manually adjust your favorites.
