The easiest way is go to the FCC website and do it all online, hope this helps?

blackbelter, if you do not know your FCC Registration Number, look yourself up on:

Callsign Database - QRZ.com

QRZ.com

and there will be an entry towards the bottom that says "FCC Record #" and a button that says "View FCC Record" that will take you to your record. If you have never logged in to the FCC's Universal Licensing System (ULS) website, go ahead and register. It is very easy to update your license, renew your license, etc. via the ULS portal.
