Updating S&P Communications (Austin) area

Hello, I am trying to update our LTR and Passport systems in my San Antonio area and have questions.
In analyzing our S & P Communications (Passport) network which embarrassingly was last updated 2013
I show a neighbor site and want to see if it just might be up in Austin co-located on the S&P LTR tower ?
Down here in San Antonio, I find that S&P uses dual mode site controllers that let the same repeater
shift functions as both a Passport and or an LTR standard LCN depending on site traffic and user needs.

So let me get right to my special request for any willing and keen person scanning in the Austin area
First hit TUNE and punch up 462.08750 FM and give it a careful listen for any data bursts or traffic period?
In the RRDB it shows to be LCN#3 of the S&P LTR standard site - is that still the case these days ?
Second could a Uniden Home Patrol with Extreme Upgrade owner perform the following procedures:
Hit Menu / Advanced Menu / Advanced Option / Analyze / EDACS / LTR LCN Finder / Select System /
Enter: S & P then accept / tap: S & P Communications (Austin) / tap: Confirmed LCN to confirm LTR LCN's
Let this run during normal M-F business hours and take notes of how your findings compare to the RRDB?
Not all the LCN's may still be valid and perhaps even some freqs were migrated to NEXEDGE or DMR ?
Third If someone finds that this S & P Communications LTR TRS is still valid could they also do this step:
Hit Menu / Advanced Menu / Advanced Option / Discovery Mode / Trunking Discovery Mode / Create New Settings /
Select System / Enter: S & P then accept (to see this S&P system I set location ZIP to 78746)
Tap: Confirmed LCN / Enter: S & P LTR Austin / Set Logging to All and Compare to Database: Off
and Record Duration to 600 seconds (10 minutes) / Tap: Start to begin the Discovery process to study system.
I typically will have my Uniden HP-1E in discovery mode for a week if needed to then have the luxury
of playing back a max of 10 minutes of Talkgroup recording for the best possibility of making a positive ID.
I wonder if TG 1-05-140 A Skywatch Traffic Broadcasts (plane to base) Media is still flying at news time?

OK is there any chance that 462.0875 FM could ALSO be part of the large S & P Passport network ?
I use tools like SDRTrunk , LTR Analyzer and dos based LTRdump.exe to decode systems in my area.
For the S & P Communications (Passport) network research this is what I currently have below .. help ?

Will someone in Austin please take a moment and kindly stroll over to one of their scanners
and punch up 462.08750 FM and best describe below what you hear on this frequency ?

Austin, TX Tower Address: 2 MI E OF SH360 & WESTLAKE (374ft Tower FCC ID#1013180)
If your near the above address which answer below best describes what you hear on 462.0875 ?

A) LTR standard mode as LCN#3 with perhaps 7 second interval data bursts and or voice traffic ?

B) Passport mode with perhaps rapid data bursts every 1~2 second intervals and or voice traffic ?

C) Hybrid Passport/LTR controller with broadcast mode depending on user needs and site traffic ?

D) Digital Sounding maybe DMR or Nexedge mode ?

E) Nothing - Dead - No regular CWID intervals - No data or voice during extended business hours?

I'm in North Austin, north of Lake Travis and I hear 462.0875 key up every 2 seconds. That S&P system was found by me years ago but I am not sure it's still active, I'll put it back in.

What is this Passport Site# and it's Neighbor Freqs ?

Thanks Robert, you have confirmed up in Austin that 462.0875 is S&P Communications Passport TRS
Now maybe WES or somebody will Analyze it in SDRtrunk and find out it's Site # and Neighbor Freqs ?
In the Bonus round now that we have this sites Seed CH, what are the Home Channels with voice taffic?
Are this Passport sites VC freqs possibly any of these: 451.7875, 451.9875 ,463.8875 or 462.2750 ?

Thanks again to Robert, this old RRDB S&P LTR Standard TRS seems to have been split up, shrunk down or uses dual mode PP/LTR Rptrs?
Have not run LTR Analyzer during CWID's or voice activity so not sure of how this site maps out except for these 2 freqs.

I found a new talkgroup in Austin 1-11-155 but they are barely talking. The freq underneath it on the Trunktracker IV says 452.675

Question: Is this newer S&P Communications (NEXEDGE 303) Site#2 by chance up in Austin Travis Co ?
The 3 freqs I listed are what DSD+ reports active on Site#2 / FCC Lic best matches 464.4 but not 451.750

So far without running LTR Analyzer and proving the 2 freq map, it looks like it's paired down to 2 freqs?

Business Talkgroups are slim so far 1 for each HR : 1-05-146 Buses ? and 1-11-155 School Buses ?
A weekday Discovery session other than spring break may produce some addition undiscovered TG's ?

Did S&P LTR go from 2 LCN's back to up 7 LCN's ?

S&P Communications (Austin) LTR
Robert , a few months ago you ran LCN Finder on your 436 scanner and it reported just 2 LCN's
at that time LCN#5 461.5625 and LCN#11 452.675 were the only 2 LCN's reported as being active.
So with your latest post do I take it that you again re-ran LCN Finder and now found 7 active LCN's ?
Also looking at the RRDB did 462.275 get moved from it's listed LCN#12 now down to LCN#7 ?

You say 462.0875 that was broadcasting 2 sec Passport control channel bursts has gone silient ?
All 3 of our SATX Passport sites are still reporting 462.0875 as a Neighbor site but that could be
the radio dept techs have not taken the time to reprogram the Passport site repeater controllers ?
I wonder if S&P Passport Neighbor site using 452.8500 is up in Georgetown - Williamson County ?

The ONLY 2 freqs that have traffic are 461.5625 and 452.675; nothing heard on anything else and I did not ever get that program to work. I don't know where the other freqs came from. Maybe they can be deleted but I thought there had to be a certain order. 462.0875 still has data bursts. I will monitor the other freqs but so far nothing.

Today for the first time: i'm getting a new talkgroup 1-11-150 and it's still school busses on a field trip for a band event. the freq is 452.675
