Upgrade to premium for audio providers

I've been providing two audio feeds sice the beginning of the year on scanamerica but when everything was merged I lost access to my feed info. Here I assume it's associated with the premium status? The two feeds are KY Boone county and Kenton county if a admin could make me a premium user. Thanks!!
