Tonight I tried to make some changes to my Pro 106 via Win500 and the RS USB upload cable. When I wold hit the Upload To Scanner link, I kept getting an error message of "Unable to open port: Comm 9 does not exist".
I recently went from a Dell XPS desktop to a Dell XPS laptop. Would this be causing me problems? Do I need a driver or update to get the RS cable to work with my new computer?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
