Uploading a sound file

Is there a way to upload a sound file to a forum discussion group? Like a wav etc.

Not without creating a zip of it first. There is a way around this and rename the file.zip and tell people in the post to rename it back. The file also can't be more than 195 KB in size

You could also use one of the many free file hosting sites and then link to it..
