How can one suggest a product (an accessory) for a radio, such that Uniden might actually make such a product?

(such as might be the case when someone has an idea for an HP1 accessory that they'd rather pass the basic design to Uniden, let Uniden fix the basic design as needed, and later be able to BUY one later, rather than try to figure out how to make it themselves)....

OK, i'll post the basic idea, i just wasn't sure hwo that all worked, I don't want to see it passed up just because it's out on a public forum like this
