They are on the LTR system. If you want a quick fix to hear most of their stuff, you can put in 452.3875. This is the home channel for their talk group. It won't track, and you will hear a couple of other users. But, for the most part this is the freq they are on most of the time. If you want you can program the LTR system, and will get everything (tracking to when they get bumped to another channel, and able to lock out the other users).
A couple of us have reanalyzed all the LTR systems, and what is on the database is not 100%. You can use what is there, and that will get you going.
