Upper Base Frequency Calculation Question For UPMan

UPMan, Can you confirm that the upper base frequency is 840.0000 or should it be 854.0000?

It seems that it should be higher then the lower frequency.

In the calculator, you always need to input the table from lowest offset to highest. That will yield:

	      Lower Base	Upper Base	Step	Offset
Band Plan 1	851.0125	861.9875	25	0
Band Plan 2	851.0250	859.0000	25	440

Since public safety stops at 854, you can use any value of 854 or higher (up to 859) as the upper base.
