Upper Shore system?

I know the Upper Shore system (Queen Anne, Talbot, Caroline) rebanded a few months ago.

While driving through the area today, the system, which normally seemed fairly stable, was pretty hard to receive on both my PSR800 and BCD536HP -- particularly in the Kent Narrows area (from about Rt 8 all the way down to and past the 50/301 split and the outlets. It seemed to get a little better once I approached the Talbot County line on Rt 50.

Fire talkgroups seemed worse than others.

Is anyone aware of problems with the system and/or any other changes since the rebanding?

I haven't noticed any difference here in Talbot.

I was down that way 2 weeks ago and I had no problems at all with my HP-1.

On Saturday, I compared a 536 and a 996 side-by-side on UES ( while in Kent ). The 996 performed flawlessly on the UES and the 536 was highly variable, from great to poor....and this variability was even present while I was stationary. Still trying to determine what the issue was.
