can anyone confirm if 494.5125 is still being used by A.A. CO?
If so, what agency and in what capacicty?

Very unlikely; AA county moved all their ops to 800 years ago. However, a private contractor working for the county might be using it; time to put a receiver on this freq with RecAll and see what gives, if anything.
