While those are certainly 2 to watch, along with the MWARA freqs (not just the Atlantic ones, by the way) there are a few other places to check; In addition, there's a very active mailing list for llistening to military (utility) comms, as well as a few Yahoo groups for additional information. To hear these freqs, you would need a decent HF receiver - in some cases, even a good portable will do - and a good antenna (just the whip alone on most portables won't cut it for some of the weaker stuff). However, you won't hear the UHF stuff as the previous poster mentioned - I would bet that all that stuff (on satellites, I'm sure) is heavily encrypted.
There are numerous references on the SW Broadcast Wiki for receiver reviews, and a seperate Wiki just for antennas. Those will certainly get you started.
