I just discovered US Forestry Service Law Enforcement on 169.775 MHz, NAC 4F9, talk group 100. It comes in loud and clear in Russellville. Does anybody have any idea what office it could be? And yes, I have posted it to the RRDB already.

I believe it is MROCC. Buffalo national river(Park Rangers). I listen to them all the time. They have encryption capabilities.
