164.8125 is the Louisville Post office truck ops, and I believe most of the above have changed due to narrow banding. The Postal Inspectors were UHF in Louisville, 415 MHz region, but I have not found the new narrow band frequency. The best way to find them is use your search key. 162.6000 -- 174.00 and 406.2000--419.9875
