US Rt. 15 PA

Planning a trip to upstate NY in a month or so. How is US Rt. 15 from I-81 Harrisburg area to the NY state line? Is it a superhighway or just a 2 lane road?
How long would it take to get from Harrisburg to the NY state line?

It is not an 81 or a country road, but in between.

It's a nice road but I can't tell you what it is like North of Williamsport . I know that the trucks use it a good bit . From Harrisburg to Williamsport is mostly 4 lane but you do pass through a few towns and will encounter the traffic lights that go with them.
