US version and Euro version difference

Hey guys, is there a big difference between the US version the euro one? I know the cell range is blocked but hey I got a pro-2006 if I wanted to listen in the cell range. Anything else different??
I have ordered an ic-r20 euro version from a company in Finland, however it will take prob 3 weeks to get here, yet my local store has an R-20 in stock "US" version, and I can pick it up now hummm. What to do what to do.



Is the sensitivity different?

No, there is no major difference other than the blocked frequency range.

I have an Icom R8500, only difference is continuous coverage. Nothing else is different at all.
