hey all, i`m wondering (and i may have asked already, hope not :)), i have the Uniden USAD software for my `396T scanner, and i want to program some rebanded trunk freqs into ot via the software, does anyone happen to know if the USAD software will accept rebanded frequencies, or do i gotta hand-program them? Thanx! N9NRA P.S. the version i have is 1.1.4.1 (i think, not near my PC so i can`t look to see on that, sorry).

Nope, the UASD won't handle the table entries that you need to enter, if the system is a Moto (non-p25) type. If it's EDACS, all you need to do is to enter the corrected freqs. You didn't say anything about what system you're programming?

Go get FreeScan which is freeware that will work with your 396. It will allow you to enter the table values, if you need them. Our wiki houses the user manual. It's far and away better than the UASD and very well supported.
