BLUE and GOLD are used for Coronet flights between Europe. Is there a difference between a BLUE and GOLD mission ? SPUR and ROMA seem to be used for "positioning" flights. Can these also be used for Coronet flights ? When would they use SPUR or ROMA instead of REACH ?
