USAF Thug 11 and Thug 13

Just wondering if anyone in Niagara, Toronto or SW Ontario picked up three USAF C-17's today?

Photographed them this morning near St.Catharines.

Callsign's for two of them were THUG 11 and THUG 13
08-8192 and 08-8196
