I have a BCD436HP. I an wondering if there is any Proscan usage in the LA and surrounding areas. I am considering whether to get the upgrade or not. Thanks, Bob.

I have a feeling you meant to say ProVoice. ProScan is software for programming, logging, and streaming (It's awesome by the way).

There appears to barely be any EDACS systems left in California, and nothing in LA. The ones I did find listed were all analog, no ProVoice needed.

Most people who use EDACS are moving away from it as it's very old. Don't bother or waste the money on the upgrade.

If my assumption of what you were referring to is incorrect, I apologize. If you are actually asking about buying ProScan, the answer is always a yes for me. Blows programming in Sentinel out of the water by a thousand miles.

I have not come across any provoice anywhere in So. Calif.
As it was mentioned above, it's old and systems are migrating to newer types.

I agree, proscan is the best software for programming

Sorry for the wrong name. I was referring to Provoice, my bad. I will not get the upgrade as there is no need for it per your reply. Bob.
