Hi,i been trying to get this driver to work and nothing i have a windows vista,i think this what happen,the windows install its own driver and now the cable wont work,what do i need to do to get the cable to work.i have winn 500 what i want to use,i plug the cable in and make alittle noise but nothing pops up to download so i need help on this,thanks

With cable plugged into USB check Device Manager in Port (Com & LPT). You should see USB Serial Port (COM _).

You also need GRE 30-3290 USB PC/IF Driver from this site if vista does not have them GRE America, Inc. - Powered By Kayako SupportSuite
