TRX-1: USB port

Hi how do I find the right port for my trx1. Thanks for any help

I assume you're meaning the com port? I'm also assuming the trx1 uses a usb to serial com port. I don't own one so I can't say for sure. If that is in fact true hit your 'windows' and 'r' keys on your keyboard at the same time. This should bring up the 'run' box. Type 'devmgmt.msc' and hit 'enter'. That will bring up your device manager. Pending the driver is installed correctly you should see the scanner listed and it will show the com port for it. It'll look similar to this picture if it uses a com port.
