Heard an interesting transmission from COMSTA Kodiak and USCG HELO 2011 just a few minutes ago. After giving a status update to Kodiak the dispatcher the dispatcher returned "...for primary frequency: ADCS ... secondary frequency: 8983khz..."
ADCS is the Helo flight computer but I wonder if the "S" designation is referring to satellite communications versus HF radio.
I also found a RFP from Nov 2019 for ADC systems for USCG Helos...
