The list in the WIKI provides the frequencies used throught the Country, you will be suprised what you will hear with a little patience.

Activity is not always 24/7 like listening to FDNY

Most of the time, short range comms between a Rescue Helo and the ground station that is taking its guard at the moment (not necessarily its home base) will be on one of: 21A, 23A, 81A or 83A.

Long range comms are almost always on 5696 KHz USB.
