It’s all in the database under New York City > Federal. They are not always in the clear on their frequencies. Mostly Encrypted.

USCG P25 radio IDs can vary wildly. I've seen ID 0 many times, all the way up to radio ID 999999. But some sort of P25 ID should show up if your scanner can decode them.

It's always been 0 in DSDPlus here in Suffolk COunty NY. Might leave the 436 hooked to proscan one of these days and try some logging...

In the NYC area, you will also hear the Coast Guard very often on the regular VHF Marine channels with announcements and assisting boats in distress. They also work with the NYPD aviation unit on 123.100 (I think I got this right from memory). But yes, most activity on the 164 MHz frequencies is encrypted
