Used 780 XLT ?

Anyone have an idea what these go for? Last time I looked it was like $50 bucks but not sure. Once I figure it out, it will go up on craigslist. Thanks.

Make sure you point out that it's analog only as many of your potential buyers will probably expect it to receive newer digital modes for PD/FD. The BC780-XLT does make a great aircraft scanner.

the 780XLT was a phenomenal analog scanner. Keep mine in top shape.

It's the only scanner that has tracking pre-filters in the front-end in VHF-HI that follows the frequency you are monitoring, like professional 2-way radios do. It also works good in the mil-air band. Uniden abandon the superior technology in later scanners as it probably are too expensive and also makes it difficult to use CloseCall, that is a selling point in Unidens modern scanners.
