Win500: user name and password will not work in WIN500 software

I can login to website and it shows a have premium. When I try to use Win500 to connect to RadioReference it said user name or password wrong.

What version of WIN500 are you using? Click on "Help" way over on the right side of the top toolbar, then click on "About the Program". What is the version number shown there?

I don't have Win500, but when using ARC536 I found that once in a while I'll enter the wrong info and get that password. You might want to check with RR administration and see if they have any ideas.

Also your RR Username and Password is not the Win500 Username and Password. The only place you user your RR Username and Password in Win500 is in the RR connection area in Win500.

I can use this user name and password on this site and it works fine. It is saying Premium Subscriber. I am using it right now for this forum. Is this the same user name and password that I use in the connection area of win500? I am using Win500 V02.08

Yes make sure you are using the newest version of win500

Yes, it's the same user name and password for the RR database connection in WIN500 that is used to log into this site. Check carefully for capital letters, spelling, and extra spaces when entering the info into WIN500. V02.08 is the current version.
