User notifications about problems.. A way to reply ?

Hi I have received a request from one user to add some channels to my feed.


I would like to know, is there a way to reply to problem submited by a user when he does it on the feed description page ?.

The e-mail should contain the user name.
Look it up in RR search & see if they accept e-mails or PM's.
