This has been very quiet here at my location in N Ca for a very, very long time now.
This morning that changed. I heard a LE unit from the MNF use it. He used to use it a lot.
Their repeater has been down, I'm sure. This one was Tone 11.
Anyone else hearing any traffic on the LE Net?

MNF has three tones on LE2. I occasionally get traffic from them, including just now. But I think it's a matter of how busy dispatch is and/or Fire and Admin Net. I've noticed if there's fire traffic the Edward units just jump on over to Admin Net so the dispatcher doesn't get overwhelmed or something. Or if the Edward units have to interface with any other forest resource, they use Admin net, because I speculate only the Edward units have access to the LE Net in their radios.
