One area of monitoring that I have not really gotten into is that of the US Forest Service. With fire season approaching, can anyone advise what some of the better USFS frequencies are to have ready to monitor for Southern California?

Thanks to all!

A good source to browse, outside of the RRDB is the RR Wiki

I'm the one who wrote nearly all the U.S. Forest Service, California portion of the Wiki back in 2015 or 2016. It is out of date, but I intend to update it. I just finished updating the Angeles NF last night. I will try to take on a forest or two every day. The Wiki is time consuming to update, given the method of producing tables. Someone added the numbers for each fire station on the Cleveland National Forest. I have a lot of information of apparatus numbering and stations for quite a few national forests around the state so I will try to do this after I complete the frequency information updates. I'm also going to add the date of the information used for the updates, that way, if I check the listing and find no changes, I can put the date of current information just below the channel plan.

I have to update the Angeles ranger district info as there are now only 2 ranger districts. However, I think the forest is divided into three fire management divisions.

I move real slow getting things done as compared with a few years ago, so please have patience as I take on this effort.
